Kitchen & bath Design Services
Few rooms get used as much as our kitchens and baths. Their designs need to be appealing, functional and highly durable. They should also be timelessly stylish, a costly but rewarding investment that improves daily life and your home’s value.
In over twenty-five years of designing homes, Paul Miller has helped make sense of many kitchens and baths along the way. Whether the changes require a total overhaul, down to studs, or a few thoughtful adjustments with finishes, fixtures and layout, Paul can tailor a plan that makes the most sense for your goals. His designs have been featured in Home & Design Magazine and, most importantly, serve his clients with user-friendly style.
Kitchen & Bath Design FAQs
-
For a kitchen and/or bathroom design, MakeNest’s services include floor plan studies and cabinetry renderings; recommendations for programing work areas for intuitive use; and selections of fixtures and finishes to ensure that your space has durable and timeless style.
-
While MakeNest cannot control the pace of the independent contractor you hire for your project, we are proactive in scheduling and developing our plans for the spaces. The scale of changes your design requires will play a large role in the turnaround, but as we home in on the team that will provide your cabinets, fixtures and finishes, as well as the experts doing the work, we can help guide conversations that will set realistic expectations of timing.
-
For small adjustments to finishes, like painting cabinets or replacing countertops, a kitchen or bath renovation could come in at less than $30k, while a full renovation to include all new appliances, cabinets and other elements could realistically be as much as $30-50k for a bathroom and $100-200k for a kitchen. A thoughtful conversation at the beginning about what you plan to invest will help us determine the right path forward for you.
