On the lower level living space of our Stonecleft project, we took pops of yellow and unexpected finishes and created a family friendly yet stylish retreat.

Our client's own striking antique provided some inspiration for the palate of the room, and is pleasantly playful against the patterned wallpaper. In the foreground, we selected a pair of custom Ford chairs in leather and plaid from our Nestology collection.

A low contrast paper gives the planes of the walls texture, interest, and warmth. An American made hard wood tabletop provides a buttery smooth (and eco-friendly) surface for card games and cocktail conversations.

Keeping the tones in the design subtle, we highlighted the amazing architecture of the room.

In the great room at Stonecleft, a blending of warm metal and playful fabric accents contrast refreshingly with the elegant symmetry of the architecture.
