How To Order Nestology Upholstery
Visit our studio in historic Winchester, Virginia, to experience our quality and stylish Nestology upholstery collection. We provide sustainable custom furniture for our clients and design minded patrons.
Our studio is open 10am-5pm, Monday - Friday or by scheduling an appointment for select evenings and weekends.
Sit in our upholstery and talk to a furniture expert about how our frames can be customized and how they feel in relation to a style shown on our furniture page.
We believe your design should be perfect.
Photos and measurements of your space are integral when we consider the functionality of your new Nestology piece. We also encourage you to bring pillows, drawers, or other small accessories from your home that can serve as inspiration or coordination for you as you peruse our extensive offerings.
We encourage you to mask out the dimensions of your furniture in the room into which it will be placed. Take fabric and trim samples home to see your selections in your space with our sample loan program. Spend up to a week with your selections to confirm your choices with family members and in the natural light of your space.
Once we receive the 50% deposit, your Nestology piece(s) will be made to your specifications at one of our partner workrooms in either Ohio or North Carolina.
It takes 8-12 weeks for a piece to travel through all of the steps required to make quality, heirloom upholstery. Before leaving the workroom, your order receives a pre-shipment inspection and is wrapped for travel. Read about why we believe in our quality furniture makers here.
Once your order arrives at our local receivers, we unwrap your furniture and physically inspect your piece(s) again for order accuracy and integrity.
Upon receipt of the final 50% payment, your order moves into the final stage of its journey.
Delivery is complementary within a 60 mile radius of our studio. We coordinate the delivery of your piece(s) into your home for a time that is convenient for you.
Along with your Nestology order, you’ll receive a link to our digital care resource as well as a standing relationship with our furniture experts to make sure all your post-installation questions are answered.
